This isn’t passive mentorship. It’s hands-on, structured, and built to deliver real results. Below you can find the details of our program

Application & trial

First, you need to apply to our program. We'll review your application and if we think we can work with you, we will pair you with one of the founders in our network.Then, there is a "trial period" where both parties get to know. If both parties agree, the program begins.

1-hour weekly meeting

The company and the founder meets 1 hour every week. These meetings will be used to go into details and solve concrete issues. Obviously, we're flexible: there might be weeks when you need 3hours and weeks you don't need any. Consider this 1 hour / week as indicative.

6-month program

We believe 6 months is a long enough period to give real support to the company, but short enough to keep it manageable. Once this period is over, the company and the founder are free to keep collaborating on their own terms.

Success-based fee

No equity, no upfront costs.
You pay (cash 💰) only when you have the funds (e.g., after raising capital, an exit, or hitting significant revenue milestones). We discuss pricing after application.
